EXPERT WITNESS

Dr. Gordon has served as an expert witness for both plaintiffs and defendants since 1985. He has given numerous depositions and testimonies in the area of medical malpractice and was a member of the American Society of Anesthesiology’s (ASA) closed malpractice claims committee.

He has an unerring ability to crystallize complex medical issues into a format understandable to juries and is extremely effective in analyzing the details of a complex medical malpractice case. He never analyzes a case with a pre-assumed bias and is always completely frank in his opinions.
